If you live in PEI, you can order beer, wine, or spirits directly from an authorized producer in another participating province. Orders come either straight from the producer or through a licensed third-party shipper. You do need to meet PEI's legal drinking age of 19. For producers
If you're a PEI brewery selling out of province, you need a Micro-Brewery, Distiller's, or Winery licence under the Liquor Control Act Regulations.

Cross-selling is allowed too. You're permitted to ship alcohol you didn't manufacture yourself, as long as you hold a valid Manufacturer's Authorization and the product was manufactured in the seller's origin province by an authorized producer (bottling alone doesn't qualify).
Keeping your PEILCC authorization also means keeping up with a few ongoing conditions: submit quarterly reports and remittances, register with Encorp Atlantic and pay container recycling fees under PEI's Environmental Protection Act, follow PEILCC's Social Reference Pricing guidelines, and skip inducements of any kind. PEILCC can revoke your authorization if you fall out of line with these.
